PERIMENOPAUSE / MENOPAUSE

 

During perimenopause, your body is going through enormous changes.  The menopause transition can lead to a variety of undesirable symptoms.  With the expertise of a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), we will review your personal health goals to optimize your health and vitality through this transition.  At Greentree Women's Health, we will offer options for your care to include both menopause hormone therapy (MHT) and evidence-based complimentary and alternative medicines. VULVOVAGINAL DISORDERS

 

At Greentree Women’s Health, we can screen for and treat the following conditions:

  • Bacterial vaginosis (BV)

  • Genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM)

  • Sexually transmitted infections (STIs)

  • UTIs

  • Yeast infections

VULVAR DERMATOLOGIC CONDITIONS

 

Many vulvar dermatologic conditions present for women with sudden onset around age 50-60yo.  At Greentree Women’s Health, we can help you manage the following conditions:​

  • Lichen planus

  • Lichen sclerosus

  • Zoon’s vulvitis (aka plasma cell vulvitis)

PREVENTATIVE SERVICES

Preventative health care aims to prevent the onset of disease.  At Greentree Women’s Health, we perform routine screenings and risk-based assessments to focus on disease prevention and early detection.  At a routine preventative Well-Woman Exam, we will use evidence-based guidelines with a focus on the following areas of health:

  • Cervical cancer screening and prevention

  • Early detection of breast, ovarian, and endometrial cancer

  • Bone health and osteoporosis

CONTRACEPTIVE THERAPY

 

For women who are looking to prevent pregnancy or improve control over their menstrual cycle, we offer counseling, initiation, and management of the following contraceptive options:
