We offer in-person visits and telehealth appointments.

INFORMATION
Scheduling:

All appointments are self-scheduled.  We offer both in-person and telehealth appointments.  Telehealth appointments are only available to VT and NH residents.  In order to best serve women, appointments will be available to book about 1 month in advance.  If you do not see an available appointment and feel that you have an urgent need, please call.  Calls will be returned in the order in which they are received (please note it may take up to 3 business days).

Late Arrivals:

At Greentree Women’s Health our goal remains providing women with ample time during their appointments to address all of their health concerns.  We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, as we strive to remain on time for you.  Late arrivals will have the option to reschedule or to be seen in their remaining visit time.  This allows us to stay on schedule and supports our goal to allow adequate time to fully attend to the needs of the women following your visit.

Cancellation Policy:

Unfortunately, a small clinic with our model of care is not sustainable with frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations.  We understand that unplanned circumstances arise, but we ask patients to please provide us with notification 48 hours or more if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Parking:

When you arrive, parking for the 108 N. Main building is located around back.  Please park in the lot and enter through the door on the left side when facing the building.

Accessibility:

Please note that the 108 N. Main building and bathrooms are accessible for persons with a physical disability, however the exam tables are not.  If you require this accommodation, please let us know and we can recommend local clinics that can accommodate your needs.
